Shipping

Orders received by 2pm eastern will ship the same day.
We have the ability to ship via USPS, UPS, & Fed-Ex. Customers may choose their preferred carrier at check-out.

Backorders

Website inventory is updated 4 times a day. But, occurrences can happen.
Normally backorders are shipped within 1 to 2 weeks.
If item(s) are not expected to arrive within a this time period the item(s) will be refunded.

Returns

Returns with a RMA number are gladly accepted and usually processed within 3 to 4 business days.
*RMA number must be visible on the outside package.
*We will only accept items that are affiliated with the RMA being returned.
